Soil Poisoning
5 (Five) Year guarantee certificate issued on soil treated. This certificate should be submitted when constructing a new building as well as when a house / premises is sold. Failure which will lead to non compliance with relevant acts and regulations. Pre- and post-construction soil poisoning treatments. Registered with the Department of Agriculture (Act.36/1947).
Entomologist Inspection
The inspection is conducted inside, outside, attic areas, crawl space areas. The entomology inspection can only be performed by an accredited Pest Control professional. Icehaven Pest Control performs a thorough inspection of your home and will furnish you with the Clearance Certificate (if no live activity found) required by the attorneys. If not clear we will provide you with a further quote to eradicate any live activity, and once treated, will provide the Clearance Certificate. We offer competitive rates. Rat Control
We pride ourselves in using an Eco friendly rat poison. This poison is a little more expensive than the other brands being used by other pest control companies, however, this particular bait that we use will still keep your pets safe, as well as wildlife such as owls which may pick up a rat that has ingested bait. Of course you still need to take precautions and keep your pets away from the bait but should they accidentally ingest some bait your pet will still be safe.
